It is used for the transport and storage of hides in the workshop to produce leather or semi-finished articles (such as bags, belts, or shoes). It is mainly used in the initial stages of processing in the factory, such as cutting or modelling.

Where does the demand for the upholstery leather horse cart come from?
The upholstery leather horse cart came about at the request of one of our French customers, a manufacturer of luxury interiors.
The aim was to handle leathers of 5 m2 (over 200 cm wide) without them being folded, marked, or damaged while on the trolley waiting to be cut.
The technical department developed a dedicated leather trolley for upholstery, increasing the size of the large model with a classic hump, according to the customer’s needs, and inserting the extension support.

Materials and dimensions
The upholstery leather trolley is made of galvanised steel. It is equipped with a handle on each side, a document pocket on one side for storing the bill of material or other documents, and anti-thread wheels to improve smoothness. In addition, it has a basin-height intermediate shelf for inserting rolled skins or other useful processing components.
The dimensions of the leather trolley are: 200 x 48 x H160 cm
As with the large or standard model with a classic hump, it is possible to insert the extension support that extends the available surface area by 15 cm per side, for a maximum length of 230 cm.
