This new article has been produced based on a request from a French leather goods factory. The display has been designed to be placed directly in the department, near the workstations.
The threads can be arranged on both sides of the structure, to make the most of the available space and immediately make it possible to colors and different types of thread visible present.
The structure is also equipped with wheels, which allow the trolley to be easily moved around the department according to production needs.
Where does the request for the display trolley for threads come from?
The request came from a French leather goods company that needed to organize the numerous threads used in production and, at the same time, have them immediately available and recognizable by operators. The company uses cones with a diameter of 95 mm and a height of 170 mm of Serafil brand and the trolley was made for the storage of these.
When thread cones are distributed on shelves, boxes, or support surfaces, it can become more difficult to quickly identify the color or type of the thread needed.
For this reason, the customer asked us for a solution that would allow us to display threads orderly, keeping them directly accessible in the department and easily moving them on wheels.
The technical department studied the customers’ needs and created a customized thread trolley, with support dedicated to inserting the cones and a structure that can be used on both sides.
The presence of wheels also allows the trolley to be moved within the department, bringing the threads directly close to the workstation where they are used.

Materials and dimensions of the display trolley for threads
The display trolley for threads is made of galvanized steel, resistant and long-lasting.
The structure is composed of a series of sheet metal supports in which the thread cones are inserted. The configuration allows the threads to be organized on both sides of the trolley, increasing the amount of bobbins stored by optimizing the space occupied.
The display dimensions are 57 x 36 x 145 cm and can store up to 100 Serafil bobbins with a diameter of 95mm.
The trolley stands on anti-thread wheels, designed to facilitate movement within the department and allow the operator to easily reach the different workstations.
This structure is made for large Serafil cones but if you use cones of another brand or of a different size, we are manufacturers and we can customize the display trolley.
