Why paint the sewing cabinet?
The ABC sewing cabinet is usually supplied in galvanised steel but on request it can be painted in the RAL colour of your choice.
The cabinet is produced in-house in our factory, starting from the sheet metal to the finished product.
The individual pieces that make up the product are sent for painting. Once returned from service, the cabinet will be assembled and then shipped to the customer ready for installation in the department.
Each piece of equipment in the laboratory can be painted the same colour to have a homogeneous and coordinated image, or a different colour per department can be added to differentiate the equipment.

How is painting done on sewing cabinet?
The painting of the sewing cabinet is powder-coated, i.e. after the pieces are coated with a mixture of powder and air, then they are placed in a special oven which, thanks to the electrostatic effect, fixes the colour, forming a homogenous protective layer.
The coating is anticorrosive and protects the product from scratches, cracking, and discolouration.
The finishes we recommend for ABC equipment are textured or grinz, which make the cabinet even more durable and resistant over time.
