The leather horse cart is ideal for handling leather in leather goods, shoe and belt factories. It is used for storing and transporting hides in the cutting department to produce leather goods such as bags, belts and small leather goods.
Why paint the leather horse cart?
The ABC leather trolley is supplied in galvanised steel but can be painted in the RAL colour of your choice on request.
It is produced in-house, from sheet metal to finished parts, without welding. The individual parts that make up the product will be sent for painting. For this reason, the painted leather horse can also be supplied as an assembly kit, optimising shipping costs.
All equipment in the workshop can be painted the same colour for a homogeneous and coordinated corporate image, or a different colour per department can be added to differentiate equipment.
How to choose the colour of the painted leather trolley?
If you have a corporate colour, the choice is easy! Just tell us your RAL colour and the leather trolley will be painted in this colour. If, on the other hand, you want to choose a particular colour according to your needs, please consult the RAL colour cards and choose the colour that suits you.
How is painting done on the leather horse cart?
The painting of the leather horse cart is powder-coated, i.e. after the object has been coated with a mixture of powder and air, thanks to the electrostatic effect, it is placed in a special oven which, by baking the colour, allows the powder to polymerise and form a protective layer on the sheet metal part.
The coating is anti-corrosive and by creating a regular film on the surface of the product in the chosen colour, it also protects against scratches, cracking, and discolouration.
The finishes we recommend are finished textured or grinz, which make the leather trolley durable and long-lasting.
The painting service is not in-house but is outsourced to a trusted external collaborator.
