At the Simac Tanning Tech 2023 trade fair we previewed the new range of leather trolleys. Some improvements have been made and, to date, the leather horse cart have become one of the flagship products of ABC equipment.
In addition to the version with classic hump, two other models with wide hump have been added, perfect for handling all types of leather.
A complete range for every need
ABC leather trolleys are available in four versions, designed to meet every handling need in the cutting department.
Classic Hump:
- Standard model: to handle half hides
- Large model: to handle full hides
Wide hump: designed to handle the finest and most delicate leathers such as exotic ones, increasing the support surface
- Standard model: for half-hides or exotics hides of small size, e.g. crocodile, snake or python
- Large model: for large full hides or exotic ones, e.g. ostrich
Both models of hump, classic or wide, are smooth and do not mark the leathers resting on top.
What characterizes the ABC leather trolley?
The leather trolleys are made of galvanized steel with high quality components designed to ensure ergonomics and safety in leather goods, small leather goods, footwear or belt workshops.
The ABC leather horse cart is characterized by:
- Double support surface: one at pelvis height and one at the bottom, ideal for storing rolled leathers, fabrics or components useful for processing.
- Smooth long side: There are no screws or other protruding components that can mark the leather.
- Smooth hump: classic or wide, the support surface is a smooth sheet metal curvature that does not mark the leathers.
- Anti-thread wheels: in non-marking rubber and with brake. They comply with ISO 11228.
- Antistatic system: allows the trolley to be discharged to the ground, preventing operators from getting a shock during use.
Accessories
Each trolley can be customized and completed with some accessories such as:
- Extension kit: to be inserted directly on the hump. Extend the trolley by 15 cm on each side, adapting it to wider leathers.
- Document pocket: to be inserted on the short side, perfect for inserting bills of materials (B.O.M.).
- Double side handle: for two-handed handling, more comfortable and ergonomic.
All our trolleys are shipped in boxes, in assembly kits, optimizing shipping costs and simplifying the logistics of items all over the world.

It is possible to request a customized trolley regarding the dimensions, the painting by requesting a particular RAL color and the possibility of inserting your logo.
