At the Simac Tanning Tech 2024 trade fair, we presented the tilting work table with adjustable LED lamp as our latest product.
We introduced this model of work table following numerous requests from our customers with the need for a tilting surface to examine the leather before cutting.
The structure of the table has remained unchanged besides the tilting upper worktop. To complete the bench, we have included a new model of adjustable lamp with the option of selecting warm, neutral or cold light.
This new equipment is perfect for the phase of quality control of hides or for modeling in leather manufacturing workshops such as leather goods, small leather goods, footwear, or saddlery.
What are the benefits of the tilting work table for the company?
1. Adjustable inclination
The table worktop does not have a fixed inclination and can be adjusted up to a maximum of 24°, with intervals of 6°, perfectly adaptable to any type of processing and operator preference.
2. Lighting with adjustable LED lamp
The tilting work table can be completed with an LED lamp with adjustable temperature: warm light (3000 K), neutral light (4000 K) or cold light (6500 K). Easily selected with just one click.
The worktop may be tilted, but the light always remains perpendicular to the floor, facilitating control operations on the materials.
3. Sturdy frame with adjustable height
The tilting work table is made of steel, some parts are painted white, and others are galvanized for sliding to avoid damage during adjustments.
The strong frame rests on 4 stable feet made of durable plastic.
The height of the table is not fixed, but it can be adjusted from 77 to 110 cm, adapting to the operator to maintain a correct posture during production.
