The leather trolley is made of stainless steel for the parts in contact with the leather and in black painted galvanized steel for the internal parts. This particular structure allows the trolley not to be damaged or oxidized during the production phases.
The trolley has a width of 71 cm, a height of 145 cm and a lenght of 194 cm which, thanks to the extension kit, can be increased up to 260 cm (see product data).
The structure of the trolley allows you to handle full hides up to 6 m2, with a maximum size of 260 x 300 cm.
The capacity of the trolley is 500 kg, allowing the management of a large quantity of hides in the department.
The trolley is supplied in assembly kits with simple instructions, to facilitate logistics all over the world.
Each leather horse for tannery is equipped with a dedicated wheel kit. The wheels are inserted in the diamond-shaped trolley, with the two central fixed and the side movable ones, ensuring stability and excellent handling even in the tightest spaces.
The external wheels have a smaller diameter than the central ones giving greater manoeuvrability and stability.
