The horizontal cabinet is designed to organize and store the dies or components used in the production of leather goods, in the 35mm drawers. It can be placed next to the press machine and allows you to have the dies neat and easily accessible, avoiding stacking them on shelves or in boxes overlapping them.

Why paint the horizontal cabinet?
The horizontal cabinet ABC as well as the model with castors is usually supplied in galvanized steel with the upper surface painted white, but on request it can be painted entirely in the RAL colour desired by the customer.
The cabinet is made in our factory in Prato: from the processing of the sheet metal to the final assembly of the product.
For painting, the individual pieces are sent to our trusted external collaborator. Once the treatment is complete, the components return to the company where they are assembled, and the cabinet will be ready to be shipped to the customer.
Colour customization allows you to choose a single RAL for all the equipment in the workshop, creating a coordinated environment, or to use different colours for different departments, also facilitating the identification of the equipment.
How is painting done on the horizontal cabinet?
The horizontal cabinet is painted powder-coated. The individual sheet metal components are coated with a mixture of powder and air and, thanks to the electrostatic effect, the powder adheres to the metal surface.
The pieces are then placed in a special oven, where the colour is polymerized forming a protective layer on the surface.
Painting also helps to make the surface more resistant to scratches, cracking and oxidation.
For our equipment, we mainly recommend fine textured and grinz finishes, which allow you to obtain a resistant surface suitable for daily use in an industrial environment.
The painting service is not carried out internally but is given to a trusted external collaborator.
