Thanks to its compact size, it is the ideal solution for the individual operator and can be easily integrated into any department.

It adapts to any reality in the leather goods world such as leather goods, small leather goods, shoe factories or saddleries. It is used in the phases of preparation of articles, cutting of patterns in modeling department, production and stock of articles.

It can be completed with some accessories, responding to the specific needs of each customer.

Where is the single workstation work table used?

The single workstation work table is a versatile solution, suitable for all phases of the production process: from the preparation of materials to modelling, up to the production and stock of components and finished items.

Thanks to its small size, it can be easily placed in any company, from small artisan companies to the production departments of large fashion ateliers and is perfectly suited to both the leather goods sector (leather goods, footwear, accessories) and the textile sector.

Materials and dimensions

The table structure is durable and long-lasting. It is made of painted tubular steel while the sliding parts are galvanized. The worktops are in melamine-faced wood, white lacquered.

The bench has a length of 100 cm, a depth of 60 cm and an adjustable height from 76 to 110 cm (see data sheet) to adapt to each operator and make him work comfortably. It rests on 4 feet in durable plastic material.

The maximum capacity of the table is 200 kg.

Like the other models of work tables, it is supplied in assembly kits to optimize logistics all over the world.

Work Table Accessories

It is possible to complete the work table with some accessories such as:

Lamp holder: in white painted and galvanized steel. The height is not fixed but adjustable, with a 5 cm pitch, adapting to each operator and the type of work carried out.
LED lamp: fixed at 4000 K, ideal for ensuring uniform illumination of the worktop and perfect visibility in every task performed.
Double or single drawer: to store tools, accessories or components used by the operator and useful for production.

If I have specific needs, is it possible to make a custom-made work table?

All our equipment is made in our workshop in Italy. We also make items on request, according to the specific needs of each customer.

Some examples of work tables already made are:

Table with inclined top and rear tube, ideal for the modelling department to insert the material into the rear tube and unroll it directly on the work surface.
Table with wheels, to be moved even more easily in the workshop in the event of changes to the company layout.
