The bag trolley is the ideal solution for handling bags during production, quality control and packaging in leather goods factories.
The trolley can handle bags, backpacks and clutches of all sizes. The galvanised steel structure is strong and stable. It can be adjusted according to your needs: arms and crossbars can be inserted at the height you need and depending on the type of bag produced.
The use of bag trolleys allows operators to move bags around the laboratory more easily and quickly, reducing physical effort and improving operational efficiency.
The bags are hung by the handle on the trolley’s arms which, thanks to their rounded shape, also prevent unintentional damage such as scratches or dents resulting from transportation or the bags losing their shape.
The bag trolley is equipped with 12 double arms painted white and adjustable and is supplied with certified anti-thread wheels that make it easy to move around the factory.

It is possible to be stacked with other trolleys, when not in use, optimising the space in production, quality control or packaging departments.
The trolley structure is not fixed but can be customized as required or according to the type of bag made.
The crossbars can be easily moved with 10 cm pitch as the frame is already pre-drilled and can be inserted in the desired position.
The arms are painted and have cylindrical shape with a blue rubber closure for not to mark or stain hanging items. They move easily across the crossbar.
In this way, the trolley is customised to the specific needs of each customer or type of bag made.
The bag trolley is made of galvanised steel with painted arms, and it is equipped with anti-thread wheels for comfortable handling. The narrow structure allows easy manoeuvrability in the halls in the departments.
The stable and sturdy bag trolley is 180 cm high, 147 cm long and 71 cm deep (see product data).
It has 12 double arms distributed over 3 adjustable planes. They are painted white and have a cylinder structure with a diameter of 5 cm and a blue rubber closure.
The maximum load capacity of the trolley is 200 kg.
It is supplied in assembly kit form to facilitate worldwide logistic.

For example, for a leather goods factory, we realized a small bag trolley with six white-painted arms with a diameter of 25 mm. Ideal for handling small bags such as clutches.
