The roll trolley is a classic but sophisticated trolley, mainly dedicated to the handling of rolls of fabric or synthetics like microfibre, leatherboard and similar in leather processing factories, such as leather goods or cutting. It is ideal in all kinds of warehouse and production tasks for handling rolls of leatherworks, microfibre and fabric.
The asymmetrical structure makes it even more compact and takes up very little space in the workshop. Simple handling is ensured by the anti-thread wheels with brakes.
The ideal position, e.g. in leather goods, is next to the traveling head press machine or CAD cutting centre.
The roll trolley is used in companies that working leather such as:
to handle reinforcing materials such as salpa or reinforcements.
It is also used in textile factories to handle fabric rolls in the department.
Our roll trolley is made of galvanised steel and equipped with anti-wire wheels with brakes for comfortable handling throughout the laboratory. The narrow design allows easy manoeuvrability in the halls in the department.
The cart is equipped with 8 steel tubes arranged on 2 sides asymmetrically to handle rolls up to 300 mm in diameter.
The standard capacity is 8 rolls and the overall capacity of the trolley is 200 kg.
The roll trolley is 173 cm high to ensure the safety of the operator when the rolls are load and during handling. It is only 64 cm wide and 189 cm long (see product data sheet).
The length of each tube is designed to handle standard 160 cm rolls and have space for two people to easily load or unload it.
It is supplied in assembly kit to facilitate worldwide logistics.

If you want to handle more than 8 textile bobbins on the roll trolley, you can include an additional tube ready to assembly.
If you need to move the trolley with the handle, two versions are possible:

Some examples of custom-made roll trolley are those to be positioned next to the laser cutting machine, such as, for example, the multiple roll trolley for automatic cutting machines of 3 metres to handle one or two rolls in line at the same time.
