The belt horse cart is designed for belt handling of all types and sizes.
In belt factories, the control in production is fundamental: from handling at every stage of production process through to quality control, packaging and labelling.
The trolley is useful for handling not only belts but also other leather goods articles such as bag strips in bag factories, shoulder straps and leather or fabric strips.
It all started with a request from one of our customers, a belt manufacturer in Mexico, for whom we worked on the idea, the prototype and finally the finished product of what is, today, our belt trolley.
At the fair, he brought us the idea: a drawing of the solution he thought to manage the belts in an orderly manner in his factory.
Our technical department analysed and shared the feasibility of the project, for which it defined the structure, methods of realisation and developed the executive drawing that led to the material realisation of the first prototype, approved by our customer after passing all laboratory tests.
Today the belt trolley is, to all intents and purposes, part of the “trolleys” range and is one of our best-selling products worldwide when it comes to handling and managing belts.
All of our belt horse carts are made of galvanised steel and equipped with anti-wire wheels for comfortable handling. The narrow structure and ergonomic handles on both sides allow for easy manoeuvrability in the halls in the department.
The trolley is stable and sturdy. It is 103 cm high, therefore also suitable for longer products. The length is 87 cm, while the depth is 60 cm (see product data).
The belt trolley is supplied with a lateral document pocket, which is useful for inserting the bill of materials (B.O.M.) and employee documents.
The overall load capacity of the trolley is 200 kg.
Each belt horse cart is supplied in assembly kit, in a cardboard box on pallets, for easy logistics around the world.
We specifically selected the wheels for every trolley.
