The low roll trolley for cutting machines is perfect for handling rolls during the automatic cutting phase.
Its ideal position is in front of the cutting tables with oscillating blades and its configuration allows it to handle even longer rolls, such as cartene, a special plastic film that allows for vacuum packing.
This roll holder is ideal for all those processing where the “mattress” is made, i.e. where many layers are used, and for materials such as microfibre, fabric as leatherboard or reinforcements, or foam rubber; all those uses where fabrics need to be held in place to make the cut precise.
The birth of this article came from an Italian cutting company that asked us to modify the roll trolley by adapting it to the cutting table. Initially, the trolley was placed in the custom-made category, and after success among customers it became part of the ABC product range.

The roll holder for automatic cutting is supplied in galvanised steel but on request can be painted in the RAL colour of your choice.
It is equipped with anti-thread wheels with brakes, perfect for locking the trolley alongside the cutting machine. The narrow structure means that it takes up very little space in the workshop.
The trolley is equipped with 4 steel tubes, 3 for standard rolls arranged asymmetrically and 1 upper tube for longer materials, such as cartene.
The total load capacity is 200 kg.
The dimensions are: 86 cm high, 61 cm wide and 204 cm long, perfect for cutting system (see technical data).
Like all our trolleys, it is supplied in assembly kit with easy instructions to facilitate worldwide logistics.
