A classic but so sophisticated trolley, mainly dedicated to handle and store rolls of leather, infustitura or lining and similar in leather goods factory. It proves to be quite efficient in all types of activities in warehouses and production area: management of bonded leather, microfiber and fabric rolls.

The roll storage trolley is designed to manage leather rolls in the cutting / preparation department close to the hydraulic press machine or CAD cutting center but not only. This roll storage rack is also ideal for handling a rolled fabric in the textile sector.

Materials and dimensions

All our trolleys are made of galvanized steel, equipped with high quality castors for comfortable movement. The narrow structure allows for easy maneuverability through the aisles in the department.

The roll trolley is equipped with 8 steel tubes arranged asymmetrically: 4 tubes per sides to facilitate insertion and avoid contrasts between rolls. Each tube is supplied with a valid plastic protection at both ends. The standard capacity is 8 rolls. The overall capacity of the trolley is 200 kg.

Our roll trolley is 170 cm high to ensure operator safety during loading and handling. It is only 60 cm wide and 170 cm long (see product data sheet).

It is supplied in an assembly kit to facilitate logistics all over the world.

The castor selected for you

For each cart we have taken care of the choice of the castor:

  • parafili
  • double action brake
  • swivel on double row of balls
  • high quality plastic material
  • non-marking thermoplastic rubber tread

Accessories of roll holder trolley

To handle even more rolls it is possible to have an accessory kit to be set up on the roll trolley. The supplementary kit consists of a tube and two brackets. All the parts necessary for assembly are included.

If you have special needs, we are manufacturers and on request it is possible to customize the dimensions of the trolley (custom-made products).
